Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven SEO and Content Marketing Specialist with 2-3 years of experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about SEO and have a proven track record of optimizing websites, improving search engine rankings, and driving organic traffic.
Key Responsibilities:
- SEO Audits: Conduct comprehensive SEO audits to identify issues and opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement actionable strategies based on audit findings.
- Keyword Research: Perform in-depth keyword research to identify high-value keywords and phrases that align with our business goals. Use tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Campaign Setup: Plan, create, and manage effective SEO campaigns. Develop SEO strategies that align with overall business objectives and marketing goals.
- On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, images, and other on-page elements to improve search engine visibility and user experience.
- Content Strategy: Assist in developing and executing a content marketing strategy that drives organic traffic, engages our audience, and supports our brand mission.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and SEO-friendly content, including blog posts, articles & landing pages. Ensure content aligns with SEO strategies and business goals.
- Content Coordination: Work closely with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation. Provide guidance on content optimization and keyword integration.
- Link Building: Develop and execute a robust link-building strategy. Identify and build relationships with relevant websites and influencers to secure high-quality backlinks.
- Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software. Provide regular reports to management and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in SEO, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Excellent knowledge of keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building techniques.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
