Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, creative and outgoing Content Creator to join us and manage and grow our Instagram and TikTok accounts. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sexual wellness and sex positivity as well as being comfortable discussing topics related to the sex toy industry in a respectful and engaging manner. You will work closely with our marketing team to create fun, engaging, and educational content that resonates with our audience and reflects our brand values.
Key Responsibilities
- Video Content Creation:
- Create and produce high-quality, engaging videos for Instagram and TikTok. Including posting 2 TikToks per day.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and incorporate them into our content strategy.
- Creating and managing a content calendar for videos (from organic content to promotional content)
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and plan content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals.
- Account Management:
- Monitor account performance and use analytics to inform content strategy and improve engagement rates.
- Respond to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner on TikTok.
- Growth Strategy:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow our social media following and increase engagement.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
- Participate in marketing meetings and contribute creative ideas to support broader marketing initiatives.
- Assist with other marketing projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be comfy on camera
- Experience as a Content Creator or similar role, preferably within the sexual wellness or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok, including their algorithms and best practices.
- Is detail oriented and skilled with video editing (CapCut and/or Premiere Pro)
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate original content ideas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for sexual wellness and inclusivity.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data.
