Role Summary: As the B2B Sales Representative specializing in Bellesa Sex Toys, your primary focus will be on expanding our presence within the adult products market by cultivating strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other B2B partners. Your primary objective will be to identify potential clients, understand their business needs, and offer solutions that add value and drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

1. Proven track record of success in B2B sales with large retail chains.

2. Knowledge of, or experience in, the adult toys market (an asset).

3. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits persuasively.

4. Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented, with a passion for driving sales growth and exceeding targets.

5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic sales team environment.

6. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

7. Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients, attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

8. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field (preferred but not mandatory).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and increase market share for Bellesa Sex Toys within the adult products industry.

2. Identify and prospect potential B2B clients, including large retail stores, e-commerce platforms, distributors, and other relevant businesses.

3. Conduct comprehensive market research to analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and consumer preferences related to adult toys.

4. Present and demonstrate Bellesa Sex Toys to prospective clients, highlighting their unique features, design, functionality, and benefits.

5. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create sales materials, product catalogs, and promotional campaigns tailored to B2B clients.

6. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of agreements with clients to ensure profitable and sustainable partnerships.

7. Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, buyers, and influencers within client organizations to drive sales and customer loyalty.

8. Provide ongoing support, training, and product knowledge to B2B clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM software and sales analytics tools.

10. Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance standards, and market dynamics impacting the adult products sector.
