We are looking for a Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist to join our team!
Reporting to the Email Marketing Lead, you will play an important role in planning, coordinating and executing the day to day marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, innovative, and thrive in a fast paced environment.

More specifically, you will:
- Support the digital marketing team in developing and maintaining the monthly promotional calendar.
- Manage email campaigns (brief creation, copy, design coordination, building, testing and scheduling).
- Manage email lists and segmentation.
- Create strategies to acquire new emails and improve engagement.
- Run a/b tests to optimize performance of existing email campaigns.
- Analyze performance across email flows and campaigns to improve KPIs and recommend new opportunities.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing materials and assets that align with our brand voice and values.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in email marketing and ecommerce.
- Experience using Klaviyo. (must-have)
- Experience with SMS a plus
- Strong analytical skills and experience with tracking and measuring campaign performance.
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent communication and project management skills.
- Marketing certificate or degree is a plus.
- Strong command and understanding of email marketing KPIs, metrics and technology
